The HWW Howa Mini Chassis is a revolutionary new modular rifle chassis designed with the goals of maximum accuracy, as well as maximum stiffness-to-weight ratio in mind. This keeps your rifle handy and maneuverable, making the Howa Mini a great truck gun or youth rifle.
The Mini Action is lightweight, low recoiling, and has a very short bolt throw because it is chambered in typical AR cartridges such as .223, .300 BLACKOUT, 6mm ARC, 6.5mm GRENDEL, 22 ARC, 350 LEGEND, and 7.62x39. It will be one of your favorite rifles in the safe!
The HWW Howa Mini Chassis is manufactured using cutting edge carbon fiber reinforced polymer (PPA-CF). We know what you're thinking "3D printing is weak junk", not true....this is not your typical weak 3D printing material, it is incredibly light, strong, durable moisture resistant, and can handle the heat generated by the rifle and sun. The design is reinforced in the right places with metal hardware to ensure durability, stiffness, and reliable function. A fully free floated barrel is guaranteed by a generous barrel channel throughout. Metal pillar bedding allows you to torque the action screws to spec, ensuring they won't come loose over time and improving accuracy!
Drop in a Howa Mini Action (available from Brownells HERE). Assembly is easy and straightforward because the chassis body comes pre-assembled by HurleyWelding. All you need to do is bolt on the Howa Mini Barreled Action (action screws included), a flat-top AR/M4 Grip, and a carbine buffer tube and stock. Then you are ready to shoot.

- Metal Pillar Bedding and free-floating barrel improves accuracy
- Drop in design - easily install the barreled action in your own home using simple tools
- Stainless Steel Recoil Lug reinforcement plate, this improves accuracy and shrinks group size over factory stock offerings.
- Aluminum threaded rod runs the length of the chassis to stiffen the entire assembly and reduce flex between the fore-end and barrel, while keeping weight to a minimum.
- MLOK slots allow addition of picatinny rails, bipods, slings, or other MLOK accessories
